International Shipping Responsibilities For international customers, please note that not all packages shipped internationally avoid customs duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees upon import.

Carrier Limitations For orders outside of Australia, if you select a shipping provider like USPS, tracking may be limited up to the point of reaching customs. Angus Comyns is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our distributing center in Australia.

Order Processing and Shipping Times Angus Comyns requires a processing time of 1-2 days for all orders before shipment. 'Processing Time' refers to the period from when the customer places the order to when it is ready for shipment. 'Shipping Time' starts when the order is dispatched and ends when it arrives at your door.
